Tug of War : New Aspect of Sports

Recently, we played a new game which called “tug of war”. I think it can be a new aspect or new face in the sports. It is much enjoyable sports than others. The sports were arranged in our office as fun sturdy.

Some rules of the game:

1. There should be 3 members from each department.

2. There will be a maximum time limit of 10 minutes per game. (Depending upon the number of teams)

I felt it can be a new aspect of sports so that I have published that as a sports game. It is much enjoyable sports than others.

Cricket News on India VS England Match

Currently, we are in the mid of India Vs England cricket match. The cricket news has brought most interesting game for sports fan. In the previous match which was held in Indore at 17th November, 2008; was most interesting when Yuraj Singh given a right direction for Indian team.

He was the Yuraj Singh who turned the match graph with taking 4 wickets for Indian team. It was the second ODI with England when Yuraj Singh shows his marvelous bowling.

Cricket news shows that the 1st ODI match with India Vs England was Friday, 14 November, 2008. The match was held in Rajkot. In this match Gautam Gambhir and Sehwag added 127 for the Indian team. The 1st match winner was India as well as 2nd match with interesting over.

3rd ODI match will be held 20, November, 2008 in Kanpur. Fourth is Jamsedpur on 23rd November, 2008. Fifth match will be held in Cuttack on 26th November, 2008 and 6th match has been decided to held in Guwahati on 29th November, 2008. Lastly, there are 7 matches in the series and it will be arranged in Delhi on 2nd December, 2008.

I think the series is last for Indian team of the year. It has been recognized as India vs England 2008-09 Cricket Series.

Already, two matches have been won by Indian team and there are more 5 matches have to play. Let’s see what happen in next matches while Indian cricket fan are very aggressive with the series.

Twenty – 20 Cricket World Cup Award

At last India got the award of Twenty – 20 world cup match. The match was played under the captainship of Mahender Singh Dhoni from India. 1st time the world were collaborate for the twentry20 over matches.

Basically, the match originated was in England which is the country of Cricket origins. The match 1st time were played in England also between England and Wales Cricket Board in 2003. In the Twenty20 cricket game the batsman have only 20 over to play that game.

1st Twenty – 20 world cup trophy were played in South Africa in 2007. In the final India and Pakistan played very aggressively to defeat each other but lastly the world cup award India got after having win the match.

World wide the Twenty20 matches trophy were famous from 2005 when Australia played the match in WACA ground. To see the match about 20,700 people were gathered there.

Rules of the 20 - 20 match is very high that is why most of the people criticized its but the match has been liked by almost all people because it takes less time. I think now, it is the most famous in the cricket world. After the world cup of 20-20 India played it in its own ground with the world's best players.

Anil Kumble announced their retirement from Cricket

The last day of the third test at Kotla when the Anil Kumble announced their retirement from Cricket. In this match Kumble was caption so he had to handle the match properly after all the criticism. Indian cricket fan were very angry on Kumble due to defensive captain ship.

In the records of Kumble there are more than 600 wickets in test. Kumble came in Indin cricket as an spinner bowler like Rajesh Chauhan.

In 8 November 2007 Kumble became a test caption of Indian cricket team. After playing very successfully he retired on 2 November 2008. His last match was against Australia in Delhi, Kotla which is favorite venue of Anil Kumble.

All these happened very quickly. The news was not known by anyone. It was very socked for Indian cricket team.

I think Anil Kumble took the decision after the retirement of Saurav Ganguly. Ganguly has also resigned the International cricket some days before.

Sachin is on Top now in the Cricket Sports world

One of the great batsman of India became now world's great batsman. He is Sachin Tendulkar from Maharashtra, India. Sachin Tendulkar is known as Master or the Master Blaster batsman of India. Here I am talking about Sachin Tendulkar Cricket man because recently he is in light of world.

In the cricket history he is the man who broke the record of West Indies batsman Brian Lara's. In Mohali on October 17, 2008 Sachin Played test match in the against of Australia. He got score 12,000 runs and became 1st world champion in the cricket world. He is the 1st person who got the huge run.

Before it Sachin Tendulkar already made a record of 10000 runs in one day cricket match. In the cricket history no one can broke the Tendulkar record which who scored in his 20 years cricket career. After the score Sachin is now world's No.1 batsman.

During the test match Tendulkar announced that he will decide his resignation and currently he is not thinking about that.

The rumors was after the resignation of Ganguly Indian cricket player. Now, Sachin is determine to play one more world cup cricket match.

Saurav Ganguly Retirement From the Indian Cricket

Recently, on the 7th August, 2008 Saurav Ganguly has announced their retirement from the international cricket after the four series against Australia. It is big decision by Saurav Ganguly in the Indian Cricket team. Ganguly was a big player for the Indian cricket and played many matches under his own captain ship.

Ganguly said about his retirement, “This will be my last series. Before coming here, I spoke to my team-mates and hopefully I will go out with a winning knock.”

About the score and record of Saurav Ganguly he has 6,888 runs in 109 Tests with an average of 41.74 with 15 centuries.

After his retirement in the Kolkata cricket will loose some faith because all the Bengali society wanted to play more Dada no retirement now.

History of Twenty20 Cricket match and its International Team

According to the wiki the idea about Twenty20 cricket match comes between 1988-2001. And it was introduced formally until 2003. 1st Twenty20 matches were played on 13th June, 2003 within English counties.

1st Twenty20 attractive match has been arranged Middlesex Vs. Surrey on 15th, July, 2004. 1st twenty20 world cup was arranged in South Africa. Now, we can say like all the other cricket matches England invent also the twenty20 matches which was new era in cricket world.
